Edgar Sosa Focused on Akira Yaegashi Showdown

Edgar Sosa is focused on training, yet with one eye on the calendar.

With the expert supervision and guidance of Antonio Jimenez, Edgar diligently prepares to fight against WBC champion Akira Yaegashi, while an agreement is being hammered out.

“It seems this could happen on December 14th. And Dante Jardon could also fight against Takashi Miura for the WBC super featherweight title then,” explained Edgar.

Sosa is Yaegashi’s mandatory challenger. He's patiently waiting for the promoters to shake hands, and to purposefully while away the time,  he's training with a view and a goal of conquering the world title.

“I’ve been training to keep in top shape, but now I'll begin working even harder, like a champion, because I'm determined to conquer the green and gold belt” Sosa vowed.

Edgar also stressed that he's convinced that right now is the very best moment of his career, after he's defeated former champions like Ulises “Archie” Solís and Giovanni Segura.

Y'all better get the KO's because otherwise you're not leaving there with the belts.
