Two of the boxers who plan to sit ringside at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, are Juan Manuel Marquez and Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. Both fighters gave their predictions on the main event of the evening, where Miguel Cotto will defend his WBA junior middleweight title against Ricarod Mayorga.

"It will be a good fight between two fighters with totally opposite styles. On the one hand, there is more of a street aspect with Mayorga, who has very few tactics, but he hit hard. Cotto has a lot more technical skills and quick hands," said Marquez to Carlos Gonzalez.  "Mayorga will have to take care of Cotto's speed. We know that a single punch can be the difference in a fight, but Cotto is superior. And I'm not ruling out a knockout taking place."

Chavez, Jr., meanwhile, says the fight will go the distance.

"Cotto wins by decision, although he's at risk in the early rounds because Mayorga is strong and hits hard. A key factor is the physical condition of both and it all depends on who comes better prepared," said Chavez.
