Chad Dawson's manager, Mike Criscio responded to Ron Johnson's latest verbal assault.  Ryan, "Ron needs to put the cash up!  He is just using Chad's name to get his name out there and get publicity.  This is all a bunch of bullsh*t.  Chad and I both think he is full of sh*t. No one but ESPN if even them will pay for the fight.  Ron Johnson, send us a contract,  We sign it and we fight. If not, no more bullsh*t.  Stop using Chad's name for your own publicity.

News and Notes - Chad Dawson and his manager Mike Criscio gave away over $30,000 in toys to needy kids in Chad's hometown of New Haven, CT on December 21st.  Dawson is very generous with his time and money in his hometown of New Haven.  Dawson teamed up with his manager (also Alfredo Angulo's manager) to do the generous toy give away.  "I just wanted to help the kids that are less fortunate.  I know what it is like to go without and I just wanted to do a little something to help make their Christmas a little Merrier."

Dawson finished his quartet of fights with 40 something year olds Antonio Tarver and Glen Johnson. Dawson is scheduled to return to HBO in April although Ron Johnson has made a three million dollar offer to lure Dawson back sooner and possibly not on HBO.
