WBC super middleweight champion Carl Froch told his local paper, The Nottingham Post, that he's getting impatient on waiting for a venue to be finalized for his semi-finals bout against Glen Johnson in the Super Six tournament. The fight is scheduled for May 21 and could take place in the United States, but nothing has been set. The winner of Froch-Johnson will face the winner of the other bout in the semi-finals of the Super Six, where Andre Ward will defend his WBA super middleweight title against Arthur Abraham.

"I've not heard anything definite yet," said Froch. "It's getting a bit boring to be honest. I keep hearing this and that, but nothing concrete. The only thing I can say for definite is that I will beat Johnson."
