Light Heavyweight - Jean Pascal used three knockdowns to stun undefeated Marcus Browne with a cut-shortened eight round decision win a WBA interim title.
Middleweight - Due to the WBC’s franchise tab, Jermall Charlo is now the full WBC titlist at 160 lbs. Ryoto Murata regained the WBA’s sub-title, avenging his loss to Rob Brant with an explosive second round stoppage. The IBF title is now vacant and expected to be filled by a clash between Gennady Golovkin and Sergey Derevyanchenko.
Welterweight - In a performance reminiscent of Roberto Duran-Iran Barkley, Manny Pacquiao scored a first round knockdown of Keith Thurman en route to a points win for the WBA welterweight belt.
