Billy Dib Ready: Evgeny Gradovich is One Dimensional

By Edward Chaykovsky

Billy Dib has promised to reclaim his title and expose IBF featherweight champion Evgeny Gradovich, which takes place on in Macau on Sunday as part of the Manny Pacquiao-Brandon Rios HBO Pay-Per-View. The fight is a rematch of their March encounter, which Gradovich won by a split decision to capture the IBF crown. Dib, promoted by 50 Cent's SMS Promotions, had a rematch clause and exercised his option to get an immediate shot at revenge.

"His strength is that he is a very aggressive fighter, comes forward and throws a lot of punches," Dib said. "His weakness is he's one dimensional, and that's a really bad weakness to have because I've worked him out now. He can't bring anything different. He just relies on breaking somebody down.

"I didn't have a lot of time to prepare for this guy last time around. There wasn't enough time to acclimatize my style to his style, but now I've had a long time to prepare and I know him backwards."

I guess that makes Dib fractal dimensional.

Was funny when Dib was trying to be slick with his hands down and got nailed with the hook that sent him to the ropes. :boxing:

That doesn't mean anything if you can't handle that one dimension. If a one dimensional fighter can force you to fight on his terms then your versatility means nothing.
