Balacz Bacskai Wins Big, Mahdi Jallaw Shocked in Debut

By Per Ake Persson

Felix-Promotion´s show at the Thury Castle in Varpalota featured super welterweight Balacz Bacskai on top and he didn´t disappoint as he stopped tough Argentinean Jean Carlos Prada, 36-7-1, on a TKO in the third round of a scheduled ten-rounder.

Prada took two counts in the second but kept trying but in the third he doubled over after a left uppercut to the body and it was stopped. Bacskai, an excellent amateur, is now 7-0.

In other action welterweight Flavius Bieia, 14-1, stopped Frenchman Chaquib Fadli in the fourth, cruiserweight Cezar Juratoni, 8-0-1, drew with Yassine Habachi, 5-10-4, over six and middleweight Barnabas Hegyi, 3-0, scored his third first round knockout - this time over Jasmin Dananovic, 12-10.
