Top Rank's CEO Bob Arum has no interest in discussing the topic of Jeff Horn - and says his full focus right now is to finalize a deal between Manny Pacquiao and Amir Khan for May 20 at UAE [May 19 PPV in the United States].

A few weeks ago, Arum had announced that Pacquiao was going to face Horn on April 23 in Brisbane [April 22 in the United States].

But then two weeks later, Pacquiao's adviser Michael Koncz had announced that he was negotiating a deal to face Khan.

Then this past Saturday, both Pacquiao and Khan had announced that a deal was reached to fight each other.

Arum is now full steam ahead with looking to finalize Pacquiao-Khan.

But, Arum warns that Pacquiao-Khan will only move forward if the investors from the Middle East come up with the proposed funds. The ball initially got rolling after an investment group approached Koncz with a proposed package worth $38 million to fight in UAE, and Khan was the preferred opponent.

"I don't want to talk about any other fights," Arum said to ABS-CBN. "That's what we are concentrating on – the fight with Amir Khan at the UAE.

"In order for the fight to happen in the UAE, funds have to be produced to enable the fight to happen and I am hoping that those funds would materialize," said Arum. "However, if they don't materialize, we have to do something else."

"But Michael is optimistic that the funds will materialize, and once they do, then Top Rank will roll up its sleeves and help put on a tremendous worldwide event. If they don't materialize, then we'll have to search for a viable alternative."

"It is not accurate to say that the fight is on. It is also not accurate to say that the fight won't happen. We don't know. We have to wait and see if the funds materialize."
