Heavyweight prospect Artur Szpilka (12-0, 9 KOs) is getting ready for his showdown with veteran Mike Molla (20-3-1, 12KOs) on February 1 at the UIC Pavillion in Chicago. After the clash with Mollia, there is the possibility of a fight with fellow Polish prospect Krzysztof Zimnoch (13-0-1, 10 KOs).
The fight with Zimnoch has reportedly been rumored for the big event in Poland on February 23rd, which features the return of Andrew Golota in the main event.
Zimnoch said that he was sure that he could "knock Szpilka out."
Szpilka is not impressed with Zimnoch and wants to end his unbeaten run quickly.
"I am well prepared for these two fights [Mollo and Zimnoch]. Fortunately, my injuries are already behind me and I'm training at full speed. I can not wait to get back in the ring. [With Mollo] its going to be a fight between two hungry boxers boxing. Mollo had a long break due to a dispute, and I had a long break because of the injuries. But I'm sure that I can knock him out. I would like to also give [Zimnoch] something. Krzysztof, it's time to get out of the sandbox. For you, it's going to your first real serious fight - and also your last. If you really want to feel is my [full power], you will feel it," Szpilka said.
