WBC heavyweight champion Vitali Klitschko (42-2, 39 KOs) is going to have a serious fight on his hands, according to Polish hero Tomasz Adamek (44-1, 28 KOs). Adamek plans to use his speed and quick punches to outhustle the much larger champion at the new soccer stadium in in Wroclaw. He wants to become the first Polish boxer to achieve the accomplishment of being a three division champion. Adamek has already captured titles at light heavyweight and cruiserweight.
"Thank God I'm healthy. I'm going to win. I'm ready for the world champion belt, I'm ready for war. My spirit is strong. I want to show that a Pole can do it. In December, I'll be 35-years-old, so there is no reason to wait any longer [for this opportunity]," Adamek said.
