According to sources in Mexico, Brazilian fighter Giovanni Andrade (62-13, 50KOs) will be selected as the opponent for WBO bantamweight champion Jorge Arce (59-6-2, 45KOs) on February 18th in Durango, Mexico. Anrade would replace Lorenzo Parra, who the WBO rejected because the fighter was not ranked in the top fifteen. No information has been released on whether Arce-Anrdade is a title fight or even twelve round fight, since Andrade is also not ranked in the top fifteen under the WBO.
