There are just a few hours to go until the battle to become the greatest heavyweight boxer on the planet begins.
IBF, IBO, WBA champion Anthony Joshua is favourite to win with 20 knockout victories from 20 professional fights under his belt.
He also weighed in at a “highly beneficial” 17st 4lbs 2oz.
Most punters are backing Joshua over WBO champion Joseph Parker, so it could simply be a matter of how he'll secure the victory.
Amir Khan is one of the many who is firmly behind his compatriot.
The Bolton-born fighter has been out of the game for a little while, last appearing in May 2016, when he lost to Canelo Alvarez.
However, he still sounds confident that he knows what he's talking about in his predictions for the AJ-Parker fight.
He tweeted: "Who you got winning tonight. @anthonyfjoshua or Joe Parker, With Joshua’s speed power and accuracy he gets the KO before round 8. What do you all think?
"The longer the fight goes on it will get harder for Joshua.
“I say Joshua jumps on him early and ends it."
Khan famously got into a spat with AJ last year over social media claims the Watford brawler had an affair with his wife.
To date, only Wladimir Klitschko and Takem have taken AJ beyond eight rounds and in 16 fights, he’s finished off his opponents in three rounds or less.
But New Zealander Parker, 26, also has an impressive record, winning all of his 24 fights.
Daily Star Online previously revealed that should Joshua overcome Parker in the Welsh capital tonight, he could pocket a career-high of £18million.
Speculation is likely to be rife over the unified heavyweight champion fighting WBC beltholder Deontay Wilder, 32.
Wilder dramatically knocked out Luis Ortiz, 38, in the 10th round diverting all eyes to a mouth-watering tie with Joshua.
