Alexander-Soto Karass Finalized For Canelo-Lara

By Ryan Burton

BoxingScene.com previously reported that a fight between three time world champion Devon Alexander (25-2, 14KOs) and rugged contender Jesus Soto Karass (28-9-3, 18KOs) was being negotiated to be part of a Showtime tripleheader that will take place on June 21st in Los Angeles.

BoxingScene.com has now been advised that the fight has been finalized and will take place on the Canelo Alvarez-Erislandy Lara televised Showtime pay-per-view undercard that takes place July 12th at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, NV.

How both of these dudes get on a PPV undercard I will never know. The sad thing is that I don't even care who wins. :puke:

Nice... Now if they just get Porter/Brook on this card it will officially be "LOADED!" Score another one for GBP and Showtime

Two fighters coming off tough losses. Devon will follow a similar game plan as Thurman although he probably won't pull a KO. Alexander by close UD.

If Devon doesn't win this he needs 2 pull the plug...All Soto K has done the past few bouts catch leather, he's not Porter...

Good rough match, I say Karass wins by knock out.
