Heavyweight contender Tomasz Adamek (44-1, 28 KOs) is getting top sparring in his Pennsylvania training camp, as he prepares for the scheduled fight on September 10 in Wroclaw with WBC champion Vitali Klitschko (42-2, 39 KOs). For a few days, Adamek sparred with undefeated Malik Scott (32-0, 11 KOs), and now he is sparring with Deontay Wilder (17-0, 17 KOs), the unbeaten bronze medalist of the Olympic Games in Beijing.

"Wilder is a tall, strong fighter and I see that pairing with him will be very good for my training. Malik Scott is not as big, but he strikes very hard. Me and [trainer] Roger [Bloodworth] are happy with it," Adamek said.

Because of the hot weather, Adamek stayed away from doing his long runs and instead he was swimming. Now with the heat starting to die down, Adamek has returned to his regular series of runs.
