The IBF I/C heavyweight clash between Erkan Teper and Yohan Duhaupas, set for December 13 in Munich, is off as Teper had to have his appendix removed. Whether or not the fight will be rescheduled is an open question as it appears that Teper could get a nomination as a mandatory challenger for the EBU title held by Tyson Fury. Fury is of course in line for a world title shot and could be that Teper and perhaps David Price fight for the vacant title.
