Floyd Mayweather was roughed up by Marcos Maidana the first time in a foul-filled bout.

He's hoping the second go-around will be a much cleaner fight.

"My health is more important than money," Mayweather said on a Wednesday media conference call. " I need to be healthy to perform. This isn't MMA, it's boxing."

Robert Garcia has advised Maidana numerous times to make it a "dirty fight" and a "street fight," remarks Mayweather takes much offense to.

"It's totally disrespectful for boxing to have a trainer tell a guy to be dirty," Mayweather said angrily.

"Money" has a point. Garcia shouldn't state that, at least publicly, but Floyd also needs to look in the mirror. He's a dirty fighter himself, and loves to throw elbows and stick that forearm in the necks of his opponents.

Like it or not, Maidana is going to try to win by any means necessary.
