Earlier today in the capital of Jalisco, Saul "Canelo" Alvarez launched a campaign "Tapatíos Cocinan para ti” - which is a campaign designed to benefit hundreds of children with special needs in the western region of Mexico, who are being treated at the CRIT medical facility of Guadalajara.

The boxer created a new restaurant dish called - “Canelo, Mar y Tierra” - which is comprised of 300 grams of shrimp, asparagus, mushroom sauce and vegetables with butter. Every time someone purchases the dish at Santo Coyote, 20 percent of the cost will go to the children of CRIT.

"I'm very happy because I'm doing this with all my heart. I am very grateful that I have been invited and I will gladly cooperate. I hope many dishes are sold," Canelo said.
