Andrzej Fonfara faces the toughest task of his career Saturday night.

He'll fight lineal light heavyweight champion Adonis Stevenson on Showtime in the fighter's hometown (Montreal), and the crushing power that the 36-year-old carries.

Stevenson scored a KO 1 over Chad Dawson last summer to wrest the crown, and has since defended it with impressive stoppages over Tavoris Cloud and Tony Bellew.

However, Fonfara isn't worried about the Canadian's devastating punch.

“Everyone will see what I bring to the ring," Fonfara said on a media conference call this week. "I can handle his power. That doesn’t worry me."

“He has power, but I can knock him out, too," Fonfara added. "A knockout would be the best offense for me.  With our styles, it will be a good, exciting fight."

Fonfara (25-2, 15 KOs) hasn't tasted defeat since a 2008 TKO 2 to Derrick "Superman" Findley, and exudes the confidence of a man who hasn't lost in such time.

“This is not my first time as an underdog,” Fonfara said.  “I’ve proved people wrong before and I’ll do it again.”

The tripleheader starts at 9 p.m. ET/PT.
