WBC super featherweight champion Gamaliel Diaz (37-9-2, 17KOs) is not worried at all about risking his title in Tokyo against Japanese challenger Takashi Miura (24-2-2, 18KOs) on April 8. Diaz won the belt last October in Tokyo with an upset twelve round decision over champion Takahiro Aoh. With the victory, Aoh's promoter Teiken received two options on Diaz and brought him right back to Japan.

Diaz said: "Honestly it does not bother me to go to that country because I'll show up with remarkable preparation. I will leave the ring with my hand raised. I've matured and I'm at my best. I will return to Mexico with my belt. I will be at 100%. It was hard work to become a world champion and I will not lose my title that easily."
