Light heavyweight contender Jean Pascal (26-2-1, 16KOs) is more than ready for a rematch with WBC champion Chad Dawson (31-2, 17KOs). In 2010, then WBC champion Pascal won an eleven round technical decision over Dawson. Pascal would later lose the title to Bernard Hopkins, who Dawson then decisioned.

Earlier this month Dawson moved down to super middleweight and was stopped by Andre Ward. He plans to return to the light heavyweight division to defend his belt and he says a rematch with Pascal would be a perfect fight.

"If Chad needs a third whipping. I whooped his ass first. Andre Ward whooped his ass second. If he needs a third whoop-ass, I'm right here Chad. You need me? Come find me," Pascal said to BoxingScene.com.

Pascal also responded to some comments that appeared on BoxingScene.com from IBF champion Tavoris Cloud. He was scheduled to face Cloud in August, but withdrew with a hand injury. Cloud made allegations on BoxingScene that Pascal was not actually trainin. He claimed the Canadian star blew off training camp to party in Miami.

"Come on man - I'm a professional, been there and done that. I'm a former world champion. Do you really think I'm going to go party two weeks before a fight? Hell no! Cloud is a great fighter. I took him really seriously. I just got my hand injured and that's why the fight didn't happen. I can take Cloud any time. It's easy work for me," Pascal said.
