Heavyweight contender Tomasz Adamek (44-1, 28KOs) is preparing in Bushkill in Pennsylvania for his upcoming fight with WBC heavyweight champion Vitali Klitschko (42-2, 39KOs). The fight takes place on September 10 at Stadion Miejski in Wroclaw, Poland. Adamek has a strategy planned out, which includes avoiding Klitschko's big right, throwing fast combinations and making the bigger fighter work hard to deplete his stamina.

"First of all I have to avoid his right hand. Speed is my strength and I am going to use it. I want to get him tired and [I want] to throw combinations. This is the only chance for victory. I will spend twelve round waiting around for one big shot like David Haye did with Wladimir. One punch does not win a fight.

Adamek said he is not paying attention to Vitali breaking his training camp in Austria to handle a political problem in Kiev.

"I think he knows what he's doing, it's a psychological [game]. I do not care what the opponent is doing before a fight with me. I'm only focused on myself and on this fight, to be perfectly prepared," Adamek said.
