The deadline for title fight between Cesar Seda and Omar Narvaez, the WBO king at 115-pounds, will be April 15 in Argentina, said Javier Bustillo, president of Universal Promotions, and co-promoted by Gary Shaw. Seda has a record of 20-0 and 15 knockouts, while Narvaez is 33-0 with 19 knockouts.

"There has been some confusion because the first date discussed was April 23, after the 17th fell on a Sunday but now they told us that want to make it on a Friday [15th]. We have no problems with any of these dates because Seda is going to knock him out. We only have to sign contracts," he said.
