Frankie Gavin's British welterweight title eliminator against Jason Cook has been pulled by the BBBoC due to concerns over the Welshman's ability to safely make the welterweight limit.  Ian McNeilly of Boxrec news broke the news earlier today.  This latest withdrawal comes hot on the heels of Tony Bellew's decision to withdraw from his rematch against Ovill McKenzie due to a hand injury.

It is unclear whether the York Hall show will still go ahead as planned as the only title fight left on the bill is Larry Olubamiwo's Southern Area heavyweight title clash against John McDermott.  Sky Sports were due to televise and a lot presumably depends on whether or not the broadcaster decides to move ahead with the show.
