World Boxing Council President, Mauricio Sulaiman Saldivar, before traveling to Las Vegas, stated that the fight for the WBC Female super flyweight world title between current champion, Zulina Muρoz (41-1-2, 26KOs) and challenger Mariana Juarez (39-7-3, 16KOs), is mandatory. The WBC is setting a deadline of three weeks for promoters to reach an agreement on the details of the fight, and if no agreement is reached, a purse bid will be conducted on a date to be announced.
