Top Rank promoter Bob Arum is upbeat about the title defense of WBO welterweight champion and “Fighter of the Decade” Manny Pacquiao against undefeated junior welterweight champion Chris Algieri in Macau on November 22. Arum told the BoxingScene.com/Manila Standard/Viva Sports that everything was going excellently and that Algieri would be in New York until he leaves for China to begin the promotional tour alongside Pacquiao.
