Yordanis Despaigne in Camp, Training Hard With Rubio

By Reynaldo Sanchez

Hialeah, Fla - Cuban light heavyweight Cuban Yordanis Despaigne 9-2-0 (4 KO's) keeps on training at the Xtream Boxing Gym with his trainer Jorge Rubio in Hialeah, Miami, Fla. During our recent visit, Despaigne trained strongly for a period of six rounds.

Rubio is training Despaigne to revitalize his career. Yordenis believes that he still possesses the talent and quality to get his career in order and place himself on a winning road. His promoters from Bluewave Boxing are trusting that the presence of Jorge Rubio will put him in a better position in the nearby future.

Despaigne assured - “I am seriously recapturing my career. I believe, and so do my promoters and my trainer - that when I return to the ring I will be a different fighter."

[QUOTE=nycsmooth;11870375]as he showed vs Syllakh he's not an elite, as he was so dominated & he struggled in that awful spectacle, though exciting, vs Miranda...I really can't see him being a title threat...Ismayl is the 1 all the champs, especially…
