Former champion Wilfredo Vazquez Jr. (23-3-1, 19KOs) will not return on March 14th at the Kissimmee Civic Center in Kissimmee, Florida. Vazquez and promoter Tutico Zabala of All Star Boxing have agreed to part ways. Zabala has promoted Vazquez since the start of his career. According to Jose Sanchez, Vazquez is now in talks with Mexican promoter Pepe Gomez of Cancun Boxing. Vazquez last fought in September, winning a twelve round decision over previously undefeated Guillermo Avila.

Lopez-Vazquez for the Garcia-Herrera card would have been awesome. These two truly can't stand each other. I already bought my tix for the card!!
