Wellness Coach Reveals Celebrity Diet

We think we know everything there is to know about them. After all, faithful paparazzi hunt them down just so we can get a picture or a glimpse of their lives. However, the "money shot" doesn't tell us everything. Especially how they stay in shape, maintain their youthfulness, and flawless skin. Who are "they"? "They" are celebrities and they are keeping secrets--secrets that could help each of us maintain optimal health, get fit, regain our youthful vigor, and have more energy to live life "out loud."

We have seen Demi Moore transform before our very eyes, we have watched Alicia Silverstone remain just as radiant as she was in "Clueless". We have seen Angela Bassett evolve from a muscle-built Tina Turner in "What's Love Got to Do With It" to a lean and fit beauty in "How Stella Got Her Groove Back." We've glared at the ripped muscles of Blair Underwood and Pierce Brosnan.

So, what is their secret? The secret is your natural fat burner. Your body has a natural fat burner called your liver. The liver is responsible for breaking down fats and excreting waste from the system. It is the largest internal organ in the body and often times we ignore it.

There is only one proper way to care for the liver and that is maintaining a diet that allows for daily detoxification of solidified protein trapped in intercellular fluid between the cells-also known as metabolic waste, toxins, and mucoid plaque. These trapped substances can cause damage to your cells. As we know, cells make up tissues and tissues make up organs. Damaged cells cause the overproduction of fatty tissue. Damaged cells cause skin (the largest external organ)to wrinkle and acne due to free radicals. Damaged cells cause premature aging due to hardened arteries an capillaries. These trapped substances also cause stress which leads to abdominal fat, food addiction, and emotional eating because the body is working so hard to rid itself of these damaging substances.

Unlike celebrities, many of us can't afford a $750 an hour nutritionists from exclusive institutions of study to come to our home, train us, and walk us through a diet that promotes liver health.

Therefore, as a Wellness Coach for 5 years, I am revealing the secret diet. The diet requires that your blood maintains a pH level of 7.365. This pH level allows the liver to function at top performance throughout the day. In order to accomplish this, you must eat as many alkalizing foods as possible. These foods include raw alkalizing nuts, seeds, vegetables, grains, and fruits. The key is eating these foods in the right combination throughout the day in order to maintain proper pH levels. The diet also includes minerals and phyto-nutrients that promote good cellular health.

Some people in the diet industry have tried to formulate pills, shakes, drinks, and powders to "trick" the body to believe it is at the proper pH level, but their efforts have proven not to make good scientific sense. With proper pH levels, you must have appropriate enzymes in the liver to metabolize and breakdown fats.

The truth is, we can live our lives leaping from one fad diet to the next. If we continue on the path of yo-yo dieting, we will never lose weight permanently and maintain optimal health. However, we can choose a different more healthful path by learning how to maintain optimal liver health. Through optimal liver health, many people have lost 10 pounds in just two weeks. Some people have lost 180 pounds in just one year. I have personally lost over 60 pounds and kept it off for 5 years now. At the age of 31, I am often mistaken for about 19.

Perhaps, you are not a celebrity or filthy rich, but you deserve to know how you can lose weight, reverse the aging process, maintain your youthful vigor, and get fit. It's not too late.
