The 6'7 Polish giant Mariusz Wach (27-0, 15 KOs) is looking for a major fight to secure a top ranking as he positions himself for a title shot in the near future. There have been reports about a possible fight in mid-July against a lucrative opponent. During a recent interview, Wach discussed his interest in facing dangerous contender Chris Arreola (35-2, 30 KOs).
Wach, who returns from a knockout victory over the massive Tye Fields, says Arreola has been getting better is his recent fights, but it won't make a difference if they meet in the ring.
"I could meet with Chris Arreola [in my next fight]. We know he is good and he's made progress [in his recent fights], but I am better than him," Wach said.
