VIdeo: Shawn Porter vs. Fred Wilson Jr. Sparring Clash

He's likely around 170. But it's good Porter is sparring with a tall/rangy guy. If Brook is actually 5'9" like listed he will have to get used to blocking the jab and slipping and countering Brook. I met Porter and he's about my height if not an inch taller so 5'7" at max. So the tall sparring will suit him well. Porter is listed at 5'5, and might be an inch shorter actually, since the short fighters tend to add an extra inch onto their heights. Brook is going to have a huge reach advantage. And this sparring video? Man, that is some weak sparring. I'd like Porter to win, but I don't see it. Porter has the speed edge, as Brook is quite slow, methodical, and easy to predict. But I don't think Porter is the man to beat Brook.

Still not impressed, and that guy looks like he's wearing 25oz gloves and has his feet planted in cement. OK, you don't like Porter, we got it. Everybody got it. You made it clear already a few times... I will becurious what will you say if he beat Brook easily.

On the real though, I like the systematic approach they implement on sparring. It feels like they are truly sparring with specific purposes. It's pleasing to watch, good stuff.

I wonder how much these dudes charge for sparring a PED user. Rates can't be the same.
