Heavyweight contenders Seth Mitchell and Johnathon Banks are ready to battle for a second time, at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. Last year Banks pulled off a major upset when he stopped Mitchell in the second round of their fight.

I agree. He kinda looks like an mma guy doing padwork. Or a recently converted football player still learning how to think and move like a boxer. He could probably learn a lot from watching the Banks padwork video.

Anyone think Mitchell's padwork is weak sauce? As if he isn't understanding that you can get power with a punch on technique and not just brute force?
