Video: Jessie Vargas on Facing Provodnikov, Novikov Win

Cosmopolitan Hotel & Casino, Las Vegas - WBA 'regular' junior welterweight champion Jessie Vargas discussed his recent HBO televised twelve round unanimous decision over previously undefeated Anton Novikov, potentially facing Ruslan Provodnikov, if there are any issues having to do with making the junior welterweight limit of 140-pounds, potentially returning to the welterweight division or taking a catch-weight bout and more.

Novikov got robbed big time. Jesse Vargas lost his last two fights. Khabib beat him, and Novikov beat him as well, IMO He should of never even been fighting Novikov, Khabib should of gotten a rematch for getting shafted

Jessie better watch his back. It looks like a set up and they're gonna cash thier chips in. That last "win" did not inspire or awe anybody, why such a big step up in class.

Jesse vargas is garbage. No motivation, no heart. Got a gift decision on his last two fights. Even the commentary was saying how hard it would be to get a decision in las vegas against vargas.
