V. Klitschko in Likely Final Fight Against Charr on 9/1

I can't say if he did or didn't hurt his hand, but its a common injury and almost every fighter will exaggerate it to excuse a weak showing. I've said for awhile that Haye is not a very good or exciting heavyweight, I've never bought the hype. A fight with Vitaly would be no different, he'd be running the whole time. I may not agree with everything you say. But, at least you see Haye for what he truly is, and for what ever reason many fans can't do that. So, I give you credit for that.

I just want to touch on Haye's supposed broken hand. I may have agreed with you if Haye had just stated after the fight that he thought that had broken his hand. But, that is not what happened. I watched all the interviews of him claiming his hand was broken. He even went into great detail on what bone was broken and what round it occurred. I believe he claimed it was early in the second round. In a round were he landed the hand exactly one time when there was about 22 seconds left in the round. And it was actually very easy to count how many punches Haye landed in the fight. The hardest part was making myself watch that snooze fest of a fight again while trying to stay awake in the process. In the end, honestly I looked into way more than I should have, and I could find no evidence that he ever truly broke his hand. And why would he do this? I don't know but I assume it was an excuse to try to cover up his stink fest of a fight with Valuev. And then the cycle continued with the toe incident in the Wald fight. And with all of this some fans are still buying into the bullshet that is David Haye. And that is what truly baffles me. Vitlai is a bit more than just a paper champion, but honestly that discussion is for another day. But, if you want my pick for a classic paper champ see Povetkin. Now that's a paper champ. With that said let me get back on track. I disagree. There can be only one world champion in any division and Wlad is it at heavyweight. I do agree that's a different discussion for a different day though. Unless of course you yourself were in the room during the negotiations you really have no clue if Haye is being honest. And if I was a betting man and I was going to bet on who I would trust between Vitali and Haye? My money is on Vitali every time. And why? Because Haye has proved over and over again that he is a load of crap. From all that crap leading up to the Wlad fight. Also, the fake broken hand in Valuev fight. And all the his big talk before his fights and then he fights and doesn't, or can't, back all the big talk up. So, apparently you missed my point. Because I only wanted to know how you can take Haye's word for anything when he has a long history of being the one that is less then honest. I agree Haye talks to much and doesn't back it up. Im also think Haye said after the fight he was pretty sure he broke his hand which is common for many fighters to claim. As far as who's more honest....Haye is a braggart and Vitaly a politician. Im really not inclined to take either of their words as gospel. But the Klits have the reputation of wanting things their way in contracts or no way at all. I honestly don't believe it was ever personal for Vitaly and that he was just trying to hype a big payday...but thats just my opinion. And as far as how Vitali feels about fighting Haye. I am not going to pretend that I know. But, maybe you are reading to much into it and he simply changed his mind and no longer cares about Haye. And he certainly has the right to do so. Or maybe Viatli doesn't trust Haye and doesn't want a long drawn out fiasco like before the Wlad fight. Or maybe it was because the Chisora fight did make him feel old and he just wants one more easy fight. Or maybe he is not sure and wants to see what happens with the Haye-Chisora fight. Because if Chisora wins it would be pointless for Vitali to fight Haye, don't you agree? He certainly has the right to change his mind, just as Lennox did. I don't blame him for that at all. Honestly I don't even think he should have entertained the idea of that fight except for financial purposes. It just seems odd to me he would drag this on in the media for so long and than when Haye (supposedly) agrees to everything he opts out without explanation. As far as I recall the last hurdle was Haye wanting 50% of the British PPV. Not an unreasonable request since he'd be the main focus of that market and Vitaly said it wasn't about money. In closing I will say this. Because of Haye's reputation I honestly believe that this whole discussion might be pointless. Because I am not even convinced, that is until the bell rings to start round 1, that Haye will even fight Chisora. We'll see what happens, but I think he'll go through with it. You only believe Vitali is ducking Haye, because you dislike the Klitschko's in general. Vitali never ducked anyone. it's just my opinion. everyone says haye ducked vitali. i remember he had a choice of fighting vitali for nothing but a belt or fighting valuev for a belt, a decent payday & good bargaining chip. it's a no brainer what any boxer would take. i'm not a klitschko fan but have stated that wlad is a first ballot HOFer. it's vitali's legacy i question. i've watched heavyweight boxing since i was 14. started watching the early tyson years up until now. i have a couple thousand HW fights. i watch all levels too not just the prize fighters.
