Tyson Fury Takes Aim at Racist Twitter Attackers

By Carl Eldridge, courtesy of The Daily Star

TYSON FURY has come out punching in a bid to KO vile Twitter trolls taunting him in a sickening race hate campaign.

Heavyweight warrior Fury, 24, is fighting back after being left on the canvas by a tirade of foul-mouthed abuse aimed at his gypsy heritage.

English-born Fury, who is homing in on a world title shot after 20 straight wins, comes from a family of Irish travellers and has to cope with a daily barrage on the social networking site.

Now he has aimed a blow at the racially aggravated rants. He fumed: “Banter’s one thing when it is about boxing – but all this racial abuse is not called for. It would not be acceptable to any other race. So why do it?”

Getting it on Twitter is pretty bad, getting it in your face is worse. I'm pretty sure he's secure in his skin, so I don't feel as bad for him as I do for, let's say, American Indians. He has…
