BoxingScene.com has been advised that a fight between WBA "regular" junior middleweight champion Austin Trout (25-0) and Roberto Garcia (31-3) is under discussion to be added to the Randall Bailey-Devon Alexander card that takes place on September 8th. If the fight is finalized Showtime will televise a tripleheader.  Lucas Matthysse takes on Ajose Olsegun in the co-feature.

The 32 year-old Garcia has won three fights in a row since losing a unanimous decision to Antonio Margarito. He is currently ranked #4 by the WBA.
