Tony Bellew Makes Cruiserweight Debut on March 15th

By Edward Chaykovsky

Matchroom Sport have revealed that Tony Bellew (20-2-1, 12 KO's) will be making his cruiserweight debut on March 15th at the Echo Arena in Liverpool. Details of the Echo Arena show will be announced next week. Bellew was last seen in November, when he took a six round pounding from WBC light heavyweight champion Adonis Stevenson. Afterwards, Bellew disclosed that he struggled to make the weight and announced that he was going to move up, by 25-pounds, to continue his career in the cruiserweight division.
Rematch should be interesting. I'd favor Bellew to win.
I agree. Bellew has changed himself massively. Wont cut it at world level but still better than Cleverly.
