Tomasz Adamek Doesn't Rule Out Arreola Summer Redo
By Luke Furman
Former two division world champion Tomasz Adamek (44-2, 28KOs) is not ruling out a rematch with Chris Arreola (34-2, 29KOs). Adamek won a twelve round majority decision over Arreola in April 2010. It was one of the more exciting heavyweight encounters in the last few years. Adamek plans to return in March, but then he wants to land a televised opportunity on HBO. If the network requests a rematch with Arreola, Adamek is ready to fight.
"In March I'm going to fight with a regular opponent, and then I'll fight again in the summer, which I hope to have on HBO. The network will decide who my opponent is going to be. A fight with Arreola is very possible - he wants a rematch. If HBO decides that they want this fight - I'll be ready," Adamek told the Polish Times.
