| Tomas Rojas-Suriyan Sor Rungvisai, 8/23 in Thailand

By Miguel Rivera Reports are circulating in Mexico that a deal was struck for WBC super flyweight champion Tomas "Gusano" Rojas (36-12-1, 24KOs) to defend his title against #11 ranked Suriyan Sor Rungvisai (18-5-1, 7KOs). Rojas will once again travel as the fight has been set for August 23 in the Valley of River Mun in Srisaket, Thailand. Last year, Rungvisai lost a very close twelve round decision to WBC flyweight champion Pongsaklek Wonjongkam. Rojas is a road warrior and has no fear of travel.
