Former two-division world champion Timothy Bradley (31-1-1, 12KOs) created a lot of headlines earlier this week when he called for a fight with WBA/IBO middleweight champion Gennady "GGG" Golovkin (33-0, 30KOs).
Bradley, who returns later tonight in a welterweight contest against undefeated Jessie Vargas at the StubHub Center in Carson, is even open to facing heavyweight king Wladimir Klitschko.
If they ever met in the ring (and they never would) Bradley says he is confident he can last more than six rounds in the ring.
"[Golovkin is] not too far from where I'm at....13-pounds, let's get it on. If everything is right, why not? A lot of people say he's big..this and that, but I'm a fighter. I'll fight anybody. Obviously my team will have a different say-so, a different opinion, because they are going to protect me because know I'm crazy, I'm a fighter and I take punches. I'm in the hurt business for a living," Bradley said.
"I already called out Klitschko. If klitschko needs a dancing partner and he needs to go more than six rounds, I know I'll go more than six rounds with Klitschko. All I have to do is avoid the right hand. If he don't hit me with it, I'll last more than six."
