Legacy Arena, Birmingham, Alabama - Unbeaten 2012 U.S. Olympian Terrell Gausha was forced to work hard every round to earn his unanimous decision win over Puerto Rico's Eliezer Gonzalez. Scores were 78-72 and 77-73 (twice) in favor of Gausha (16-0, 8KO). Gonzalez (15-2, 11KOs) was dropped in round five and was deducted a point in round seven for low blows.

Charles Martin cruised to a 3rd round knockout of Mexico's Vicente Sandez. Martin dropped Sandez in rounds two and three, the latter resulting in an immediate stoppage after Sandez was unable to steady himself upon rising from the canvas. Official time was 0:35 of round three.

Red-hot super featherweight prospect Mario Barrios was quick yet lethal in dispatching Eduardo Rivera inside of one round. A right hand put Rivera down and out at 2:04 of round one. San Antonio's Barrios (12-0, 7KOs) is backed by a dream team that includes adviser Al Haymon and co-managers Bob Santos and Luis DeCubas.
