Terrazas vs. Mijares Likely Next For Mares' WBC Title

By Miguel Rivera reported late Wednesday night that Abner Mares was vacating his WBC super bantamweight title and moving up to the featherweight division. Mares was ordered to defend his title against mandatory challenger Victor "El Vikingo" Terrazas (36-2-1, 21KOs). A purse bid was scheduled for today. With Mares moving up, the WBC is expected to order an all-Mexican clash between Terrazas and former multi-division champion Cristian Mijares (47-6-2, 22KOs), who is unbeaten since 2009 and won his last eleven fights.

Pretty decent scrap. Both have looked good in their last fights should be a fun fight:boxing:

Should be a good fight. Don't think Donaire will fight either of these guys as I suspect he will move up after his next fight especially if he fights Rigo.
