Unified junior welterweight champion Terence Crawford (32-0, 23 KOs) took to social media on Sunday and dropped a big hint that he was likely moving up to the welterweight limit of 147-pounds for his next fight.

"I'm hungry and I need it all. #147," Crawford wrote on social media.

Last month, Crawford - who held the WBC, WBO junior welterweight titles - unified the entire division when he knocked out IBF, WBA champion Julius Indongo in three rounds. The fight was showcased as an ESPN televised main event from Lincoln, Nebraska.

The winner of Crawford vs. Indongo was ordered, by the IBF, to face mandatory challenger Sergey Lipinets (12-0, 10 KO).

Last week, Crawford vacated the IBF title before the purse bid deadline of August 31 - leaving himself with three world titles. The sanctioning body has since ordered Lipinets to face Akihiro Kondo (29-6-1, 16 KOs) of Japan for the vacant IBF belt.

Top Rank, who promote Crawford, wanted to match him against the winner of a planned November rematch between Manny Pacquiao and WBO welterweight champion Jeff Horn. The bout was going to take place at the Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane, and Top Rank's CEO Bob Arum wanted Crawford at ringside to build interest in a fight with the winner in 2018.

On Friday, Pacquiao officially withdrew from the rematch, citing scheduling conflicts with his political career as the reason. Arum ruled out the possibility of matching Crawford and Horn in November, stating that his company required more time to properly build that up as a potential Las Vegas showcase.

According to Horn's team, former champion Jessie Vargas is a frontrunner to replace Pacquiao in the fight. Pacquiao on the other hand has already gone on record that he wants a rematch with Horn at some point in 2018.

The other champions in the welterweight class include IBF beltholder Errol Spence and WBA, WBC unified champion Keith Thurman.
