The fight for the vacant IBF Intercontinental heavyweight title between Erkan Teper (13-0) and Johann Duhaupas (31-1) has been rescheduled for March 14 in Stuttgart (Germany). It was first set for December of last year when Teper had to pull out due to illness.

Teper has also been named official challenger for the EBU title. Tyson Fury is the current champion but isn´t likely to hold on to the title for long as he has other plans and come summertime we might see Teper (assuming all goes well against Duhaupas) against another of the top names in European boxing for the vacant title.

Teper is promoted by Z! Promotions and they have now officially secured the services of former Sauerland Event matchmaker Hagen Doering.
