Tavoris Cloud vs. Jean Pascal Title Showdown in Play

By Ryan Burton

BoxingScene.com has been advised that a light heavyweight clash between IBF champion Tavoris Cloud (24-0, 19KOs) and former WBC champion Jean Pascal (26-2, 16KOs) is close to being finalized.

Both fighters have exciting, crowd pleasing styles and have been rumored to be on a collision course for years. Our sources have stated that the fight could take place in late June or July and Pascal's hometown of Montreal, Quebec is a likely landing spot for the fight.

More details to follow.
I like these match ups in 2012.
I agree! 2012 is shaping up to be a great year for the sport, with or without Mayweather/Pacquiao. Their two upcoming fights are definitely adding to the years greatness. :boxing:
