BoxingScene.com recently spoke with Sullivan Barrera (17-0) who faces Andre Ward (28-0) on March 26th in a HBO televised main event. The bout takes place in Ward's backyard of Oakland, Calif.

Barrera said that everyone gets along well in camp and that they help each other get ready for their upcoming fights.

"My training has been perfect. We just started sparring last week. I am ready for a war on the 26th of March in Oakland, California.

"Here we are all brothers. We are a united family. We try to help each other and I try to learn something from each of them," Barrera revealed.

The fight with Ward was rumored for several weeks to be finalized but the official announcement kept getting delayed.

Barrera said that he isn't see why there was a delay and said that the only thing he knows for sure is that everyone wants to see the fight.

"The reasons why at first (it was delayed) I am not sure. They were negotiating and HBO wanted the fight, the fans wanted the fight and now it will go down on March 26th," said Barrera.

November 19th has been mentioned as a potential date for a Sergey Kovalev-Andre Ward pay-per-view showdown and Barrera admits to feeling disrespected by the notion that Ward beating him is a foregone conclusion.

"I think he is underestimating me. They are disrespecting me. It just gives me more motivation to show him what I can do. They can talk about Ward-Kovalev but he has to get through me first. It is a lot of motivation and for that reason I am training even harder," Barrera told BoxingScene.com.
