Several German sources report that WBA super champ at middleweight, Felix Sturm (35-2, 15KOs), is having talks with newly crowned IBO king Avantandil Khurtside about a showdown in June. Khurtsidze (23-2, 13KOs) won the title on Sunday in the Republic of Georgia with a points win over Mariusz Cendrowski, but previously lost a close call to WBA regular champ Hassan N´Dam in France.
the guy makes a million fighting bums, so why would he risk his belt? lmao
This super champion, champion emertius, silver b.s. is what is killing boxing. Felix Sturm should be made to face gennady golovkin or give up his title.
Typical trashy competition that Sturm faces....him,Sylvester and Stieglitz are what I think of when someone mentions protected bums. They are the modern age Sven Ottke's.
Ottke actually fought much better competition than Sturm. He just got a lot of home cooking on scoring

I think Strum its a really good fighter but this match up isnt really good.... I think a unification against martinez would be really interesting and a good win for martinez career ( i think martinez would woop him )
