EBU bantamweight champ Stephane Jamoye, who won the title in December against Lee Haskins in what many ringside observers said it was among the best fights they had ever seen, will make a voluntary defence of the title in Herstal, Belgium on March 9, against an opponent to be announced.
 
If all goes well Jamoye, 24-3, will face mandatory challenger Zhanat Zhakiyanov, 19-1, who hails from Kazachstan but is signed to Hatton Promotions in the UK.
