| Solis: Klitschko is a Boxing Zero, a Weakling, Easy To Beat
|
|
By Edward Chaykovsky Heavyweight Odlanier Solis has ripped into Vitali Klitschko. They fought to a lackluster first round ending two weeks ago in Cologne, Germany. Near the end of the first -Klitschko hit Solis with a right hand and the Cuban fighter went down - but during the fall he injured his right knee and couldn't continue. The fight was stopped and Klitschko declared the winner by technical knockout. Solis is now chasing a rematch with the WBC champion. "I've seen how easy it is to defeat Vitali," Solis said. "If the injury had not got in the way, I would have taken him apart. He is a boxing zero, I was surprised at how weak he is. I hope that Vitali is man enough to give me a re-match. Let's fight again in Cologne. Those who paid a lot of money to see the first fight can get in for free. I don't need to earn any money from this fight, I just want your belt!" Solis hurt his right leg when he almost did a split when the punch hurt him and he went down. Wow, a 250 pound man doing a split has to hurt and obviously the punch did not knock him out because he was up before the count of ten. So, TKO victory for Vitali and Solis can go back to being the fat a... |
You should look at the replay again too. Ya he lost his balance because his left leg was gone. Watch the left uninjured leg when he gets hit. His weight is on his right leg that got injured. At that point his right leg is fine. Watch his left its moving oddly. When he... |
There's very few posters here who know something about boxing. I've replayed that fight over and over again and one thing I can say is: Vitali won the fight but even he knows that the punch was not hard enough to end that fight.
He landed the right on Solis then Solis tried to balan... |
The punch did nothing! Anyone who thinks that affected solis is simply an idiot.

It was easy to see that Solis was way more capable than any other opponent since Lewis but Vitali landed a lucky punch. Solis chin cant be that bad, it was a lucky punch,... |
If the injury hadn't of come from a punch, would any of you feel any differently?
If it wasn't from the punch..then his weight issues would be to blame for him being off balance but would still give credit to Vitali for making him miss that badly so he'd get out of positi... |
