Smith Expects Big Crowd For Katsidis Card on March 14

“The Herminator” Herman Ene-Purcell, “The Fighting Fisherman” Kris George (trained by Craig Monagle-Tradin Blows Gym), “The Great White” Brayd Smith, Michael Katsidis “The Great”, Jack “The Assassin” Asis, “The little bull” Josh Baillie, “Lock n Load” Les Sherrington, “The Wounded Bull” Sammy Williams. {Please note Herman Ene-Purcell and Les Sherrington are not on the March 14 card but in preparations for upcoming bouts}

With 10 days remaining until the much anticipated “Smithy brings the big fights 6”, all the local fighters have declared that they are fit and ready for war come March 14.

Promoter, Brendon Smith said “The venue is three-quarters sold; this is going to be a night to remember in the Garden City. Congratulations to all the fighters for getting themselves into tip top shape.”

These fights will take place on the undercard of “Smithy Brings the Big Fights 6” which
will be headlined by the return of Michael Katsidis “The Great” vs tough Indonesian Eddy
Comaro. The card will also see Filipino star and adopted Toowoomba boy Jack “The
Assassin” Asis take on Indonesia’s Arief Bladder. As well as this undefeated local star
and current WBC world youth featherweight champ “The Great White” Brayd Smith
against dangerous Argentine Jose Saez and undefeated and current WBC youth world
light heavyweight champion Damien “Super” Hooper.

Tickets to “Smithy Brings the Big fights 6” are on sale now from Smithy’s Gym where
prices start at $55 for general $75 for ringside B and $95 for ringside A.
