Segura-Donaire, Montes-Jaro Doubleheader on 12/8

On the 8th of December, Promociones del Pueblo and HG Boxing will present a Mexico vs. Philippines world cup. In the main event, former unified world champion Giovanni Segura will face Glenn Donaire, the brother of multiple beltholder Nonito Donaire.

In the co-feature,  Juan José "Goofy" Montes, the flyweight champion of the World Boxing Federation (WBF), will face the former world flyweight champion of the World Boxing Council (WBC), Sonny Boy Jaro.

Segura make his promotional debut for Promociones del Pueblo and HG Boxing. The doubleheader will be televised on Televisa.

With a record of 28-2-1, 24KOs - Segura is hungry to get in the ring with Donaire (19-5-2, 10KOs)

"Goofy" Montes (24-2-1, 14 KOs) wants to prove his worth by defeating a dangerous opponent like Sonny Boy Jaro (34-11-5, 24 KOs ).

The venue will be announced in the coming days.

Also pretty sure this'll be in Mexico, if it was in the PI... i'd be pissed that it's a week before I get there
